Squash is fast paced sport and a fantastic cardiovascular workout. A game of squash can see you running, leaping and diving for the ball, it will increase strength and fitness levels and help you maintain a healthy weight. Squash also increases flexibilty and strength in the back, promotes good coordination and flexibility and build hand-eye coordination!
Squash is a game that can be played at any age and easy to learn.
We have four squash courts available to members and clubs throughout the week.
There is also a viewing gallery onto each court on the first floor and squash racquets and balls can be hired from Reception.
